작년 이스라엘의 가자지구 공습 때 이스라엘과 팔레스타인 군사들이 국제법(전쟁범죄 포함)을 위반했고 반인도적 범죄에 대한 혐의가 있다는 내용의 '골드스톤 보고서'에 적대적인 미 하원 결의안이 344의 찬성표(반대36)로 가결되었네염.. 

애초에 이 결의안은 악명높은 유대인 로비단체 AIPAC, 시오니즘 단체 등등등의 지지속에 탄생했다능..

 골드스톤 보고서가 처음 발표되었을 때 이스라엘은 말도 안된다면서 생 무시했고, 미국 국무부는 하마스에 대한 혐의는 너무 포괄적이고 모호하다고 까고, 하마스는 입장이 좀 갈렸는데 많은 인권.시민단체들은 환영하는 분위기에다 유엔안보리가 이 보고서를 받아들일것을 종용하고 유엔인권위에서는 찬25:반6(기권16)으로 보고서에 대한 지지를 표명..중인데 어떻게 될지는 좀 지켜봐야 할것같네요..그와중에 무슬림 여성 NGO 에서는 국제형사재판소 ICC에 이 보고서를 제출했습니당. 11월 4일에는 유엔총회에서 이 보고서를 다룬다고 하니..뉴욕에서 토론이 끝나면 업뎃하도록 하겟습니당 

[Voice of America]US House Overwhelmingly Passes Resolution Critical of UN Report on Gaza

The U.S. House of Representatives has overwhelmingly passed a resolution condemning a report by a United Nations fact-finding panel that criticized Israel as part of an assessment of the conflict in Gaza in 2008 between Israel and Hamas. House lawmakers approved the symbolic measure by a vote of 344 to 36.

In its report, the U.N. panel headed by South African Judge Richard Goldstone said Israeli forces and Palestinian Hamas forces committed violations of international law, including war crimes, during the 22-day conflict which left 1400 Palestinians and 13 Israelis dead...기사원문
