Stop Hello Kitty from collaborating with Apartheid!!
-- Sanrio is planning 18 brand shops in Israel --

Sanrio is a big Japanese company which is famous for its
character, Hello Kitty.

According to Israeli daily Yedioth Aharonot(June 2), Sanrio
is going to open its first brand retail shop in Tel Aviv
within this June, which will be followed by 17 other shops
in Israel within short terms.

Palestine Forum Japan sent Sanrio an open inquiry letter at
June 13 to ask whether they had taken all possible
considerations in order to stay away with any form of
Apartheid or discrimination against Palestinians in their
buisiness in Israel.

For example, we asked them whether they prohibit the
Israeli partner company from employing Israeli settlers in
their shops without employing Palestinians from the
Occupied Palestine.

And we asked that if they cannot clarify that they will
never be involved in Apartheid, they should stop the plan
to make shops in Israel.

Sanrio is now reinforcing their oversea buisiness in
Europe, United States and Middle east.

voice that Sanrio must to stop defiance against the global
BDS campaign by corrabolation with Apartheid Israel.
